Simmer with 1 750ml bottle or ½ gallon of apple cider or wine for approx 20 minutes

- Winter Wassail
pomegranate-apple cider and wassail spices
Simmer for 20 minutes. Add dark rum or bourbon to taste

- Christmas Mojitos
mint syrup. lime juice. sugared cranberry-mint garnish
Add 2 oz light rum, ½ oz mint syrup. ½ oz lime juice. Shake and strain over ice. Top with soda water. Garnish with cranberry mint skewer

- Holiday Hibiscus Spritz
hibiscus ginger lime cordial. crystalized ginger garnish
Add seltzer, gin or vodka!
